Before I stepped into the world of wellness, I spent over 15 years in the corporate world — first as a corporate recruiter, then running my own headhunting firm for 10 years. I was successful on paper, but something was shifting. When the world changed during COVID, so did I...

I started noticing the toll stress, sitting, and high-performance pressure were taking on my body — tension, fatigue, aches, burnout. And I realized: I didn’t feel at home in my body anymore. I hated my life. I had to do something I was passionate about & my passion for the corporate/recruitment world was gone.

That moment became the catalyst for everything that followed. I knew I needed to change my life before it was too late. So I took a leap — and began my journey into fitness, holistic health, nervous system healing, and therapeutic bodywork. And I haven’t looked back.

I combine clinical training with ongoing research into functional wellness, nervous system support, and non-invasive healing therapies. I’ve built Matrix Massage to be a space that’s calm, clean, results-driven, and client-centered.
